IMPORTANT NOTICE

The DaySave Ticket have increased from £10 to £12 for 1 adult and £20 to £24 for the group ticket. The increase is valid from 2nd January 2011.

Southern DaySave tickets

DaySave tickets are for unlimited travel on Southern services that are only available to buy online (peak time restrictions may apply) .

Choose from four different ticket types:

  • DaySave
  • DaySave Peak
  • DaySave Flexi
  • DaySave Weekly

 

Important: If you choose to collect your DaySave tickets via Ticket on Departure please note that they can only be collected from a Southern station. Please view our FAQs for full details.

 

Tickets must be purchased 7 days in advance, but up to 14 days in advance over the holiday periods (ie Christmas, Easter).

Register to buy your DaySave ticket

Before you can purchase your DaySave ticket you will need to login by using the Southern login area on the left.

 

If you have not yet registered, please register before you purchase your ticket. It only takes a minute.

 

Please note, your email address cannot be used as your username.

DaySave Weekly

The DaySave Weekly ticket is available for unlimited travel on Southern services at anytime and is valid for seven days from the start date shown on the ticket.This ticket is only available online and must be purchased at least 7 days in advance (14 days during some seasonal holiday periods). DaySave is only valid on the Southern network. Not valid on Gatwick Express.

  • DaySave Weekly costs just £80 per adult
  • No photocard is required
  • DaySave Weekly is only available online and must be purchased 7 days before travel

DaySave Weekly can be used as follows:

  • Anytime Monday to Sunday including Bank Holidays
  • No child discounts available
  • No railcard discounts available
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded
  • The ticket is valid for seven days

Please note that you cannot use the services of any other Train Operator with this ticket.

BUY YOUR SOUTHERN DAYSAVE TICKET

 

DaySave

The DaySave ticket is an off-peak pass available for unlimited travel on Southern services on the date shown on the ticket.  This ticket is only available online and must be purchased at least 7 days in advance (14 days during some seasonal holiday periods). DaySave is only valid on the Southern network. Not valid on Gatwick Express.

  • DaySave costs just £12 per adult, or in a group (valid for up to four passengers who must travel together) DaySave costs just £24.
  • Accompanied children travel for only £1 each (maximum 4 children per paying adult or group ticket). Southern Daysave is only available online and must be purchased 7 days before travel

DaySave can be used as follows:

  • Anytime on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays
  • Not before 10:00 Monday to Friday
  • Not between 16:45 and 19:15 Monday to Friday when boarding trains from East Croydon and London stations (Victoria, London Bridge and Clapham Junction)
  • Group tickets are valid for up to four people (adults or children) who must travel together at all times.
  • No railcard discounts available
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded
  • The ticket is valid for one day

DaySave Flexi

The DaySave Flexi ticket allows the purchase of 5 DaySave Peak tickets which are available for unlimited travel on Southern services at anytime on the date shown on each ticket. The dates on each ticket are nominated in advance for use within one calendar month.  This ticket is only available online and must be purchased at least 7 days in advance (14 days during some seasonal holiday periods). Flexi DaySave is only valid on the Southern network. Not valid on Gatwick Express.

  • Flexi DaySave costs just £100 per adult for the 5 separate tickets
  • Anytime Monday to Sunday including Bank Holidays
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded
  • Each ticket is valid for one day
  • All 5 tickets must me bought at once
  • All dates, (within one calendar month) must be nominated for each ticket in advance
  • No railcard discounts available
  • No Child discounts available
